Asked for everything cooked fresh and didn't mind waiting. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes for food and when I got home, everything was old and cold. Not just Luke warm from sitting, intentionally cold as if it were pulled from a fridge. Manager "Georgia Thompson" was very rude on the phone and said I was lying about the meal. We tossed everything and ordered a pizza instead. Avoid this location if you can, there's another in St. Albans not much further.NOTE: Breakfast service is top notch, however.

The food is obviously what you'd expect from any McDonald's, but the building is nice and was clean when I visited. The location is convenient and just a quick detour from the highway

Staff was friendly but didn't know how to do their jobs. It's a good thing I checked my food before leaving, the happy meal was missing half of the items.

It has gotten better since the recent remodel!! I always enjoy eating at this particular McDonald's!! Actually ate there this morning an I don't always eat breakfast, but this morning it was awesome!!

Always have got hot and fresh food there. The employees are so polite and the service is fast if you go inside.

Good sweet tea!! If you like sweet tea then you need to go and try there tea. The workers there are very nice, polite, and friendly. The workers come out and bring your food. This is very convenient if you want to sit down (me!). The bathrooms are very clean and they usually always have toilet paper too.

Very clean very new looks great people seemed nice but wanted me to use the self service kiosk instead of waiting on me. Wasnt too happy about that. Very nice new place would come back 1 more time just to see if someone waits on me or makes me use the kiosk again.
